Overview –

Love Notes was a heartfelt analog initiative sending anonymous, handwritten messages of hope to ACS (American Cancer Society) care lodge patients across the country. The organization needed to modernize their delivery platform without compromising intimacy.

Through a limited partnership spanning branding, UX/UI and product strategy, we helped Love Notes evolve into a fully digital platform – complete with geo-targeted video messaging, a fresh visual identity and an intuitive app-based delivery system.

Powered by Not Forgotten’s archival infrastructure, this transformation extended the organization’s reach and relevance, opening doors for scalable impact across the ACS community.
