Overview –
Brand It Wrap It is known for great installs – but their communication and positioning did not reflect this. Brought in as a consultant with a focus on design and operations, I worked hands-on to improve quality, speed and clarity across decisive customer touch-points.
We started with moving design in-house with the assistance of integrated AI tools like ReCraft and Firefly. A pricing calculator was implemented to dial in profitability and a new client acquisition strategy reframed how we spoke to prospects – educating them on ROI, live impressions, industry statistics and strategic design that works, not just looks good.
The biggest win? Co-leading a 30+ vehicle fleet redesign for a local police department while documenting the print to install process.
